Terms and Conditions

Business Entity

Axion Living is a DBA of Unland Builders, LLC, a Tennessee limited liability company.

1. Scope of Work

Axion Living will perform the services selected by you during booking. Any changes, substitutions, or additional work requested on-site may require a change order and additional charges. We reserve the right to adjust pricing for materials if costs increase between booking and service.

2. Pricing & Payment

All prices include labor and standard materials unless otherwise noted.

Payment is due in full at the conclusion of service, prior to our team departing the property.

All equipment, materials, and hardware supplied by Axion Living remain the property of Axion Living until payment is received. If payment is not completed at the time of service, Axion Living may, at its discretion:

• Remove installed equipment or materials
• Restore the installation area to a safe condition (cosmetic repairs are the client’s responsibility)
• Cancel any included warranties or ongoing support
• Assess additional service or return-visit fees as applicable

Refusal to allow retrieval of unpaid equipment may be treated as unauthorized retention of company property under Tennessee law.

Accepted payment methods: cash or check. Returned checks may incur fees or legal action as permitted by law.

3. Scheduling & Cancellations

Appointments are scheduled based on availability.

Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

• Same-day cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee of 25% of the estimated service price.
• Reschedules with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to additional fees.

4. Site Requirements

Clients are responsible for ensuring access to the installation area, including:

• Adequate power and internet access where required
• Permission to work on the property
• Clear and safe working conditions

If required conditions (such as a power outlet behind a TV) are not met, Axion Living may install necessary add-ons at additional cost or reschedule service.

5. Warranty & Liability

Our workmanship is warranted for 1 year from the date of installation. Manufacturer warranties apply to all installed products.

Axion Living is not responsible for issues caused by pre-existing wiring, equipment not supplied by Axion Living, or conditions outside of our control, including:

• Power outages
• Internet provider issues
• Building materials interfering with Wi-Fi coverage

We take every precaution to protect your home, belongings, and property during installation.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Axion Living's liability is limited to the total amount paid for the service. We are not liable for incidental, consequential, or indirect damages.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee. Any disputes will first attempt to be resolved informally. If resolution is not possible, disputes may be resolved in the courts of Tennessee.

8. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting your booking, you agree to these Terms and confirm that you are authorized to approve work at the service address.

9. Insurance & Risk

Clients are responsible for ensuring they have coverage for their property. Axion Living maintains general liability insurance, but we recommend clients verify their own homeowner or renter coverage for additional protection.

10. Miscellaneous

• Material or equipment price changes may be reflected in final billing.
• Clients agree to allow Axion Living to remove any supplied equipment if payment is not completed.
• We reserve the right to update these terms; updated versions will be posted on our website.
